New Things

New Things

We recently sent out a newsletter to our ministry partners announcing some big changes.

Announcement

For over 30 years, we have had the privilege of serving as missionaries sent out by Great Lakes Baptist Temple. We have been blessed to be approved missionaries of Baptist Bible Fellowship International. We have enjoyed the financial support, encouragement, and prayers of about 70 churches around the United States who have been our partners in ministry. We are immensely grateful! However, during the past year, the responsibilities of our family life have made it clear to us that we need to reside in the USA rather than in Ecuador. Although we are called to continue ministry directed toward Ecuador, Latin America, and Spanish speakers, we also respect BBFI policies. Therefore, we are resigning from BBFI.

“Behold, I make all things new.” Revelation 21:5

Ministry

Our commitment to our calling is strong. We have been called, gifted, and enabled by God to make disciples, train servant-leaders, and establish local churches wherever we may be. God is opening doors of opportunity for us locally and internationally. We want to be faithful to respond to those opportunities as God provides our needs.

Giving

BBFI will graciously continue to receive and process donations on our behalf for a short time. We want all of our ministry partners to know that they can continue to share in meeting our family and ministry needs. One of our close partner churches, Mountain View Chapel in Madison, VA has offered to receive offerings for our ministry and to assist us in responsible stewardship. We hope that all of you will prayerfully consider continuing in partnership with us.

“Behold, I will do a new thing.” Isaiah 43:19

God has settled us in Crossville, TN. We believe that we should join and be faithful members of Central Baptist Church of Crossville. This church has lovingly received us into their fellowship, and we’re excited about participating in church life, discipleship, and global missions.

If you have any questions or want to communicate with us, we welcome a call or letter.

Please let us know how we can serve you!
